After reading The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson, Year R decided to make a Gruffalo Crumble - but with apples instead! They collected apples from the school orchard, chopped them up with the safety cooking knives and then followed a recipe to make the crumble. They loved getting their hands messy in the mixture! Great work, Year R!
